This class provides the required instruction pursuant to Delaware Title 11 Chapter 5 Subchapter VII 1441 License to Carry Concealed Deadly Weapons, HB 450, HB451, HB423, SS1 FOR SB6, SB 302, SB8, Title 11. Crimes And Criminal Procedures Section 14444: Possessing A Destructive Weapon, Title 11. Crimes And Criminal Procedures Section 1445: Unlawfully Dealing With A Dangerous Weapon, Title 11 Crimes And Criminal Procedures Section 1448: Possession And Purchase Of Deadly Weapons By Persons Prohibited, Title 11 Crimes And Criminal Procedures Section 1457: Possession Of A Weapon In A Safe School And Recreation Zone, Fed. Interstate 18 USC 926A- Vehicle Carry Unloaded And Secured, Gun Freezone Act of 1995, DE 464 Justification- Use Of Force And Self-Protection Sections A-E Ammunition, firearms, hearing, and eye protection are included in the price. If you have your own firearm you may use it at the range for the live fire section of the class.
